The breakfast was perfect and incredible, there was lots of food to chose from. The location was stunning - close enough to the gardens which are straight out of a movie, Varenna, one of Lake Como's most romantic towns and Bellagio, Menaggio and other lakeside towns. Found Bar il Molo with perfect drinks 300 metres away.

Featuring a unique view of the lake, Hotel Villa Cipressi is a fabulous and relaxing retreat. the large rooms are complemented by a perfect breakfast spread of fresh bread, fruit, and eggs. the efficient service and excellent location close to eateries make it an ideal base to explore the beautiful town of Varenna and the stunning Lake Como.

The rooms were big size with exceptionally comfortable beds. Great location close to town center made it easy to get to key attractions.

New-fashioned updated rooms, they are provided with extremely high ceilings with artistic touches as well as beds which were really comfortable.

Our comfortable room featured a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe, with a fantastic location close to the ferry terminal within walking distance.

Very nice and really kind staff members at the reception desk, everything was good. Location: the hotel was just off the gardens that run along the lake, bars, restaurants, ferry port and train station and cape. In the evening we went to Ristorante du Lac, located relatively close to the property;))

Magnificent location in historical villa in botanical garden directly at or above the lake. Very attentive service both at the reception and at breakfast. Very nice beds.

no restaurant in the hotel, there are better restaurants in the town than those in the partner hotel Royal Victoria

We had everything in order, only with the bed linen which was surely fresh, nevertheless a strange smell at the pillowcase struck us. possibly the laundry inform.

Everything was exceptional, outstandingly accommodating staff. - the room was huge and newly renovated with an exceptionally comfortable bed. - It was in a central location, on the beach in front of the Royal Victoria. - They offered us astonishing meals, had a wide array of options to choose from. The Hotel Villa Cipressi in Varenna truly surpassed our expectations! the staff was exceptional and incredibly accommodating. the room was spacious, newly renovated, and boasted an exceptionally comfortable bed. Situated in a central location right by the beach in front of the Royal Victoria, the hotel offered astonishing meals with a wide array of options to choose from.

Hotel doesn't have it's own restaurant, but there is a restaurant in the hotel nearby, which is also surrounded with the botanical garden. The price of the meal in the luxury restaurant was expensive (500€ for 8 Pers) and the food didn't taste good. We were the only guests and were not allowed to sit in the garden, because there was no table for eight persons, but there were only two seperate tables.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, had a great time during my 4-night stay. The rooms were modern and a good size, with top-notch air conditioning and a nice balcony for chilling out 😊.

The property here was beyond belief! 🌟 the reception staff were really helpful too. Loved how the hotel was right in the heart of everything – so convenient!
